After cleansing, remove a pad with the supplied tweezers. It may be placed on a targeted area for around five minutes, or up to 15 minutes, then swept over the face and neck while avoiding the eyes. For sensitive skin, begin two to three times weekly before increasing use. Apply SPF during the day.
